How to Organize Client Photos in Your Phone

Have you ever opened your phone's photo album and thought "Wow! This is full of client photos." Have you ever been looking for a particular client photo, and you couldn't find it after endless scrolling? Here's my easy solution to organizing client photos on your phone. 

Create Albums 

Create photo albums for your client photos and name them after the services you offer. For example, a nail tech might label their albums; short nails, gel nails, coffin nails, natural nails, and so on.

File the Photos

File the photos in the album they belong in. This will make it easier to go back and find them when you want to make a post about a particular service or run a special. If a photo falls under more than one category or service, duplicate it to file it under multiple albums. 

Throw them in the Cloud

After a while, these photos will start to take over the storage on your phone. Consider a cloud service such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Move the photos there once they become a year or even six months old, depending on how many photos you take.
